Operating Procedures
- Production will only commence upon artwork and payment confirmation.
- Printing + delivery lead time is 5-10 business days. Lead time is based on Working Days, not including Weekends and Public Holidays.
Supplied Materials
READY-TO-PRINT ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS
- Please create a new file when drafting, set image size to required drafting size. For example for A4 poster the size should be 214x301mm, 350dpi.
- Drafts cannot be in RGB format, please set all to CMYK.
- Image resolutions should be set at 300dpi~350dpi, if resolution is too low, the printing quality would be affected; if resolution is too high, the file size would be too big and printing quality would not be improved.
ARTWORK DESIGNING $30/side
- Client will be providing us with all the images, photos, logo, pattern you want to follow, all necessary details to input, and instructions you want to appear on your flyers.
- We will submit to the artist. Our artist will only copy, get, and use from the images, photos, logo, details, and pattern you will provide.
- Final Artwork: Kindly check amendments and information on your final artwork. Please note that once the artwork has been confirmed for printing, we will directly submit it to the Production Team and your design will be considered final.
