The system helps ITE manage the whole student life cycle, through that, come up with relevant approach to retain students with the institute. It provides a solution to boost productivity and collaboration, ensure data integrity, and automate manual processes. The system provides ITE a tool to centrally manage marketing endeavors, i.e., campaign and event management, generate and nurture lead until it is converted to student, and transferred to another existing Student Management portal. The system also provides an Alumni Portal to manage alumni information, and boost engagement with alumni via relevant events and potential CET courses. All the cases, including enquiries and complaints submitted by a prospective student, an existing student or alumni are captured from omni channels in the system. They all together generate a profile for each person and cover the whole student life cycle. Machine Learning is leveraged to evaluate intent and sentiment of email and phone call, giving Customer Service Officer an edge on handling cases. Machine Learning also aids Marketing department on deciding the relevant strategy to engage with a Lead, by profiling each Lead, and predicting engagement level as well as retention rate.
The system is built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 with customization required, and integrates with other systems like SingPass, ITE Data Warehouse, etc.
