Job Description:

An Account Executive manages relationships with existing clients and identifies opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

 

Job Scope and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and goals.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce additional products or services to clients.
  • Provide product knowledge, recommendations, and solutions to clients.
  • Handle inquiries, concerns, and issues from clients promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and deliverables.
  • Track and report on client account activities and sales performance.
  • Build strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
