Job Description:

An HR Executive supports various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.

 

Job Scope and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings and conducting interviews.
  • Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and training.
  • Manage employee records, benefits, and payroll administration.
  • Assist in performance management and employee development programs.
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with management to resolve employee relations issues.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to HR initiatives, such as employee engagement and culture-building.
