Job Description:

Job Scope and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to user inquiries, issues, and requests related to IT services.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
  • Provide remote or on-site technical support to users.
  • Document and track user issues and resolutions.
  • Educate users on IT best practices and usage guidelines.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement updates and improvements.
  • Assist in the procurement and setup of IT equipment.
