Corporate Training Mobile Application
Objective: Deriving from the fact that most learners studied over the phone during commute or leisure time, a mobile application is built to better support target customers’ need. A list of courses assigned to a user by the company according to career development, or possibly under his/her interest is recommended on the homepage of the user. With support from AI/ML, the list of courses is personalized for each user.
CRM
Objective: The system helps ITE manage the whole student life cycle, through that, come up with relevant approach to retain students with the institute. It provides a solution to boost productivity and collaboration, ensure data integrity, and automate manual processes. The system provides ITE a tool to centrally manage marketing endeavors, i.e., campaign and event management, generate and nurture lead until it is converted to student, and transferred to another existing Student Management portal. The system also provides an Alumni Portal to manage alumni information, and boost engagement with alumni via relevant events and potential CET courses. All the cases, including enquiries and complaints submitted by a prospective student, an existing student or alumni are captured from omni channels in the system. They all together generate a profile for each person and cover the whole student life cycle. Machine Learning is leveraged to evaluate intent and sentiment of email and phone call, giving Customer Service Officer an edge on handling cases. Machine Learning also aids Marketing department on deciding the relevant strategy to engage with a Lead, by profiling each Lead, and predicting engagement level as well as retention rate.
The system is built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 with customization required, and integrates with other systems like SingPass, ITE Data Warehouse, etc.
CRM Marketing & Sales
Objective: The project was initiated to build a customer relationship management solution for Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD). MAMS IES leverages CRM Sales and Marketing features to empower SUTDs ability in attracting students as well as engaging industry partners. The purpose of the MAMS system is to provide SUTD Marketing/ Admissions officers a way to centrally manage Leads, Events and Campaigns. The officers could then track the performance of each campaign, event, as well as lead conversion ratio. On the other hand, IES provides SUTD users a way to centrally manage industry partner organizations, business contacts and industry engagement records. Users could generate relationship diagrams and reports to analyze the engagement activities.
The system is built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 with customization required, and integrates with many systems like Student Management System, Alumni Management System, etc. through API protocol.
File Management System
Objective: Deriving from the fact that many staffs of Sumitomo Corporation normally work outside of the office at the construction site, but they still need to access to the file management system for CAD reference, a new system is in need. The new system supports uploading, viewing, editing, and deleting all files which are shared with the whole company, department or an individual registered in Sumitomo. This internet system supports PC, iPad, and mobile devices.
SharePoint Enterprise Applications
Objective: Based on the old system (in Lotus Notes platform), to build a new web-based system on SharePoint 2013 platform for DuPont Corporation. This is the big system with many integrations and modules. It is used to manage variety area of fields such as tax, finance, health care, IT package, etc.
E-commerce B2B Mobile App for Bunker, E-commerce B2B & B2C Website for Marine
The E-commerce systems are built to support trading of Bunker products and Manning Services, to book Training Course for Crew/ Company, and to buy commodity for Seafarer. The system comprises following key features:
– Request for Quotation process (for Trader to buy and sell and get the deal done).
– Order Management (for Supply team, Operation team, Finance team of the Seller side to update corresponding information, and for Buyer to trace Status of the Order).
– Shopping Mall process (for Seafarer to add Training Course or Commodity into the cart).
– Recruitment website (for Company to post Job and look for CV, and for Seafarer to post CV and look for Job).
– Social network and News (they only supplement main function and serve as a tool to attract user to the platform).
CRM
The CRM system is built on .NET platform to provide International Enterprises Singapore (IE) a tool to manage all their potential also existing customers (both companies and individuals) along with activities needed to build the relationship with them. Reports are designed to automate the KPI assessment process, company engagement health check and forecast future trends. The system is integrated with many other systems like Company Information System, Incentive Portal, Employment Services System (HR System), Microsoft Outlook, etc.
